I want to thank you all so much for your prayers
during my surgery and recovery. I was very anxious
going into the hospital, and the prayer service left
me feeling very safe in God's hands.
I've been so blessed by this congregation and all of
you dear friends. I want you to know that I'm home
now, and left the hospital after only two days! I'm
already walking without crutches and doing well with
my PT. I'm still staying put as there continues to be
concern about infections, but other than that I'm way
ahead of schedule.
Thanks especially to Paige, Susan, Harley, and
Johnathan who took the time to come see me in the
hospital, and made the stay much more enjoyable.
Thanks also to Lou who started to come visit, only to
find that I had escaped and gone home!
Most of all I appreciate the faithfull prayers, which
have been answered in a way I would have never thought
possible.
I hope to see you all on Sunday, and to enjoy watching
Maggie lead the music while I get to sit!!!

There will be a Men's Ministry Breakfast to be held at Jonathan and Maggie's home next Saturday, January 20 from 8:30 am to 10:30 am. Please join us with the men of Grace Bible Fellowship as we share in food, prayer, fellowship and prayerful planning for future meetings. The current plan is to meet every third Saturday of the month jointly. Additionally, it is our prayer that we will be able to reach out to other Christian men's groups in Pacifica to do outreach and fellowship. If you have any questions, please contact the Men's Ministry leader, Jim Mudge.
Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted. Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. Galatians 6: 1-2 (ESV) |

Don't forget, our church family will not be complete without you, so please try and make time in your busy calendar to be with us. |
